Hi Sergio, just read your post. I tried stocrin (efavirenz) as part of my first HIV meds, I only had it one night and that was enough for me. I couldnt handle the vivid dreams, it was like triping. My doc changed the meds to Reyataz, novir, 3tc and Isentress, for me much better. It took a while to get used of taking the meds, now its OK, but like you I get fatigued etc..
