help me!!

One month ago, I did a wrong thing!! I inserted my finger into her vagina(approx 30 second and 1cm depth), I did not note that my finger with deep hangnail and my cuticle peeling off. Now, I am very depressed and can't sleep every night. I am very worry to be infected!!. Can anybody help me??
