I dont know wat to do, I tink my life is over!!

Im 19 years of age and last summer I had unprotected sex with a girl I knew for a few months, both of us were very drunk. I got tested after 10 and a half weeks and it came back negative but I have a girlfriend now and I tink I may have passed it on becasue she has lost lots of weight and has cold sores on her lips and has pains in her stonach but none of this is uncommon to her. My symptons have been increased bowel movement and I also have A RASH ON MY FINGER SINCE IT HAPPENED and also a slight pain in my armpits. I really hope I have not passed it on to my girlfriend.
Please help!! are these the symptons?
