Can I get HIV if have anal sex with a gay person for the first time of my life? It is my first time to have penetration. We didnt use and condom just soap and water as a lubricant. I penetrated the gay guy as a virgin but my gay partner had past encounters with other mean but he only didnt use condom on me. at the later part of our session, he then penetrated me. for a short time and then came out on me and ejaculated outside. My partner told me that he SEEMS to BE CLEAN or NEGATIVE of the virus but i wasnt sure about it. At first he seemed scared to do it since he even asked me if i had the virus.
