well you say shes in the medical field then she would also understand the transmission routes, and also know you can still live a decent life together without passing it on to her with the proper precautions as well. the real deal is to let her know, its becoming all to common to see people getting convicted for not saying they have hiv, and to risk your life on a broken condom isnt worth it. also if you care for her you would want her to know all before getting to wrapped up into her to only be turned away later right? good luck
