Please help a sister with a secret

I found out in November of 97 that my brother is gay. I had no
idea & it was a total shocker, but no matter what, he's my
brother & I'll always love him. In the beginning of March 98, I
found out he's HIV positive. I was devastated. I'm the only one
in the family who knows. We live in Hawaii & he lives on the
mainland. We're so far away from each other. No one else in my
family knows about any of this. I'm usually very open with my
problems, but I know I can't tell my parents. I still love my
brother, I always will, but I don't know how to deal with this.
Please help me. I feel so alone...
