In shock.. My Grandfather has HIV

Just found out today. My grandfather has HIV. On June 27th my grandmother called and told me he had bone cancer. Then I found out on June 30 that he has bone and lung cancer. Then... today July 14th. I find out that my grandmother lied, that he in fact has HIV. I understand her fear of telling everyone the truth. I am angry she lied to me, that she felt she had to lie. But I understand why she did. My grandfather wont talk about it with anyone. He just says he is on meds to make him comfortable, and so that he can put weight back on. I am in shock. He told my dad that he messed up. So I am assuming that he means he stepped out on my grandmother at some point. When it happened who knows. I dont know any details about his disease since they wont talk about it with me. I have to wait to hear second hand from my father. But even he didnt tell me, I found out from my second cousin. Ugh... I just want to hug him and tell him I love him. I dont know what to do. I feel so badly for him. Thanks for letting me vent. I dont know where else to go.
