Hi, I believe there is a study around where the positive person, who has an undetectable viral load (due to combination therapies) has not used condoms to have children and the negative partner has not become infected. Sorry not sure where to find out this info but just thought you might find it of benefit in your wanting to have a child someday.

I just found this but it's advocating to still use condoms to protect yourself.
