Need Help with Childs questions

I have to talk to my niece about her recent diagnoses. She is 12 yrs old.He mother cannot talk to her about it because she is dealing with her own recent diagnoses and is several states away recouperating from an additonal illness..I need help in answering questions like "am I going to die now?" "Can I have a baby?" "Can I have a boyfriend?", And how do I explain her CD4 and viral load to her so that she can understand... Thank you for all your help
