Brother has AIDS and has no way to pay for meds

My brother was just informed by the State of Ohio he is no konger eligible for Medicaid because he gets $900.00 a month SSI disability. With his rent, utilities, food, and limited other expense he has no money for medicines and Doctors treatments. Is there any help out there?
