Support in Central PA?

Hi all, I'm new to this world and new to this board. My brother was just diagnosed HIV positive. In my hometown, there are support groups for the families of persons who are HIV positive, but I haven't found any in my adopted city. Does anyone have any information on such groups in Central Pennsylvania? Many thanks.
