I have been taking care of a woman's kids for 3 years now and on Friday I was called by her parents to please bring the kids to the hospital to see their mother. Her viral load is over 75,000 and her cd4 count is 5 and has been for over a week. she has a fever they can't seem to control and her blood pressure keeps dropping extremly low. My question is this, what are her chances of living past the new year and is there any way this can be turned around to make her cd4 go any higher?
