What should I think of this person?

My loved one has hiv and has left me. I am negative. I wanted to be with him but he did not. Now he is sleeping with other woman and not disclosing but using condoms, (so he tells me). I keep trying to tell myself he is not a good person because he is not disclosing to stop myself from loving him, but I still love him. Do you think he is wrong or awful for not disclosing? Thank you... So sad....
