Walking is a very good choice. I have been using the Wii Fit and it seems to be pretty good as long as you don't do anything too strenuous....I am also signing up at my local indoor pool to swim at least 3 times a week. Swimming is very good but it also doesn't put stress on your joints or any other body part for that matter.
