Hello, Newbie here.
I was recently talking to a male (HIV-)friend of mine about the transmission of HIV/AIDS. He has a female friend in the nursing health field & she told him that there is more of a chance that the male would infect a female via ejaculation (force of the semen pushed into the vagina) than the female infecting the male. Is this true? I've never heard of such a thing & I've been HIV+ for twenty-one years.
