Cut the cord..
      03/06/09 01:44 PM

I was discharged under Don't Ask, Don't Tell in January of '08 from the Navy.. but ever since I've been holding out hope that sometime, within the next couple years, they might drop the policy and I'd be able to go back.

I tested HIV+ on February 26th, 2009 and now... I'll never be able to get back in.

I'm not saying that most people are irresponsible.. but I'm the most responsible person I know.. I keep thinking that this is my fault, but I didn't falter. I wasn't out in the Navy, and yet I got discharged.. and I didn't sleep around, yet now I'm positive... I keep wondering if there's anything else I can do to let myself down? And what a waste the last 4 years of my life have been...

I try to stay optimistic.. but 'God' keeps piling it on.. I hate this....
