Developing Thrush is not indicative of HIV infection in the window period, or related to possible HIV infection.
If you are worried that you might be infected, have an ELISA test every six weeks. If this is still negative after 18 weeks, chances are you are not infected. Confirm this if you are still worried by requesting a Western Blot test, which is more sensitive and specific than the ELISA test.
