Tell me all your thoughts on God...

Before finding out my status I was a very spiritual person, not religious but spiritual. My spirituality could be defined as 'alternative' as opposed to judeo-christian. My beliefs have been put through tests before and as I've gotten older my beliefs evolved, which I think is healthy but I digress. I found out my status on June 21st which apparently is Saint Lazarus's feast day, who is often petitioned for the poor and sick (especially those with HIV/AIDs) and I had been praying to this saint before finding out my own status for a cure to be found for HIV...So, I don't know if any of that is supposed to mean anything in a spiritual sense or if I'm just going crazy and grasping at straws. Maybe I'm trying to hard,looking for signs of God/Spirit/whatever when really it might just be coincidence.
Anyways, I've learned that most HIVers are atheists. I was wondering if anyone here had some kind of religious or spiritual beliefs and how they may or may not be affected by your HIV status.
