Need someone to talk to in the Midwest!

I am very new to this HIV thing. I tested + about 6 months ago. I am hitting rock bottom now, not sure if it is because the holidays or what. I am from Indiana and have nobody to talk to about this. Is there anyone around Indiana or Illinois that would be willing to let me cry on their shoulder? I never thought there could be anything harder than dealing with being a closet case gay guy in rural America...but I have found something...being a closet gay guy in rural America and dealing with HIV. I am scared to death.
