hey sorry this is so late of a reply, just saw your post. I had nausea a lot before i knew about having HIV, but have to admit haven't had it since i started meds. nevertheless, i had extremely severe nausea to the point of vomitting (sorry if tmi!). I tried an over-the-counter nausea syrup from Rite Aid and it worked like gang-busters or should i say puke-busters, ok not funny! basically i think it's mostly sugar but it worked for me, it may be worth a try before you go for something more potent. also im not usually one for home remedies but there were some i got on the internet when i did a search on "nausea remedies" that did seem to work. most involved honey or sugar so go figure. hope you feel better!
