I think I've discovered that dairy products too close to bedtime, or even taking Sustiva with milk, aggravates the nausea. I'm doing better the past day or two - so hopefully things will continue to improve. I am taking the Combivir twice a day, and it doesn't seem to really bother me unless I take it on a completely empty stomach. I had been having some problems with my "nerves" - getting stressed more than usual, etc, so I also started on a very low dose of Xanax. When I take the Xanax with the Sustiva at bedtime on an empty stomach with no milk, I do just fine and sleep great. So, I guess I've found what works for me for now!
