I've had a couple. Sometimes you need the mental lift from not taking medication. I was monitored by my doctor and last time managed to stay off medicaton for almost 2 years. I'm back on it now and my numbers have gone right back to where they were before my holiday. I'm thinking about taking another one before too long.

Holidays might not be for everyone, but it's something to be discussed with your doctor.
