Unless your penis was coated with blood, you will not be the first documented case of HIV transmission through insertive oral sex. Saliva does not transmit HIV and it would take a mouthful of blood to put you in the theoretical risk category.

Receiving unprotected oral sex does put you at risk for the following:

Gonorrhea
Herpes
Syphillis

You may want to consider being screened for those STI's, but a HIV test would only be needed in this case for peace of mind.
