Co infectious diseases might delay antibody production. Such as Hep C. However, that is a very, very rare situation. Usually it will only delay the antibody production by a few weeks. Any test beyond 3 months should be conclusive. Further, all of the symptoms and illnesses that you are describing would indicate that antibodies to any disease should be found in your system. Higher viral loads don't necessarily impact the body's reponse to infection. High Viral loads would likely increase the chance of infection since there is a greater presence of the active virus. Wether small or large viral load, upon infection with HIV the body is likely to respond the same way. Seroconversion is seroconversion. Get tested again...if negative...you should concentrate on curing your other woes.
