I don't think you have anything to worry about unless the deep kissing was so rough that you both were bleeding. Also receiving oral sex is very low to no risk again unless you had cuts on your dick and she was bleeding orally. Even then it's only theoretical.

As for feeling lousy a week later, it's possible that you just picked up a bug, sore throat or something from the kissing (which is much more likely). And in regard to your mouth being dry, it's winter (at least in the US) and dry mouths are very common.

ARS is usually described as the Flu from hell, not being able to move and so bad that a lot of people have to be taken to the hospital.

If you are concerned and feel that your concern is going stress you out to the point where it's going to make you sick, then have an HIV test done at 3 months just to put your mind at ease. From what you described I don't see a reason other then for peace of mind.
