A PCR test at one month is supposed to be at least 95% accurate and lots of people say definitive. At Mass General, where they have a federal grant to test people early on like this, they said nobody ha ever come back and told them they later tested positive after first testing negative at about 1 month on a PCR. Of course, there could be bias in reporting, but that sounds good.
I had a PCR at a month. The company said it was definitive, too. But I think it's somewhere between 95-100%. So far, I have been negative Elisa at 79 days.
3 months for me is this Friday. I will get tested next Monday. Please keep me in your prayers!
