LIVER ENZYME LEVELS
      08/14/13 01:10 PM

I just recently had an HIV test for the first time. I'm currently waiting results.
The impetus for the test was an increase in liver enzyme levels, which my doctor tells me have doubled (from 20s to 40s) in the past two years.

Again, I'm not certain that I am HIV+ (so obviously I haven't taken any meds).
Could untreated HIV infection be causing the increase in liver enzyme levels?
I'm not sexually active. If I contracted the disease, it would have been over five years ago.

Anybody with a similar story?
