It's possible that you were never exposed to HIV and that the seroconversion 'symptoms' you thought you had, had nothing to do with HIV, which is the reason you tested conclusively negative.

You clearly don't have HIV and if thinking you do have the CCR5 gene helps you to accept that fact then I guess that's a good thing.

Just don't go thinking it so true that you think you can get away without using condoms. Cause it's still very possible that you just harassed an innocent girl who ran away because of you and your family, not because she has HIV.
