I FEEL SO STUPID NOW

I was doing so good in life until a friend i decided i didn't wanna hang around anymore called me and bagged and insisted that i go with him to meet up with a girl and her friend that he met off a chat line.my whole life changed when i gave in and agreed to go out with him to meet those girls. i ended up hitting it off with the girl he met on the chat line we hung out that night talked over the phone i few times had good conversation went to go and visit her one night one thing was leading to another i stopped to ask if she had any condoms she replied no i asked if she was on birth control she replied yes so with me feeling comfertable with her i ended up taking a risk and stuck my non circumsized penis in her vagina and for what only lasted 5 mins at the most now has changed my whole life. 2 weeks later i started to experience strange symptoms that lasted a few weeks which also landed me in the Er to get pumped with fluids i researched the symptoms i had and they were similar to HIV (ARS) symptoms. I ended up finding out that the girl i had unprotected sex with was HIV positive wow now im a worried well.PLEASE PEOPLE BECAREFUL DATING OFF OF THE INTERNET AND USE CONDOMS LEARN FROM ME
