am i have AIDS?!!

Hi everyone , i wonder to know whether my test result is abnormal on not and also whether i have HIV or not , WBC: 11.4, Neutrophils:78 , lymphoyte:16 ، i did this test because of Urticaria and also i used different antibiotics due to the flu that i had. i wonder to know whether these are symtoms of AIDS?
