HIV transmitted through precum for 4 seconds of anal sex?

I am 20 years old male. I am growing extremely anxious about a sexual encounter I had with a man last night. I know I should have known better but I met up with a complete stranger over the net, and he took me to a gay sauna. At one point he tried to insert his penis into my anus without a condom. It lasted about 4 seconds as he goes deeper in. At the point where I felt pain, I was suddenly conscious about the risk of extracting HIV and immediately took it out. Assuming that he is HIV positive and my anus was directly exposed to his pre-cum for a short 4 seconds, what are my risks?
I will get tested 6 months after, but its bothering me so much right now I need to know accurate assumptions..
