Many of us have been in your place. I had more than thirty symptoms two weeks after a risky relationship, just like you. you can read my story looking for my old messages. It's been 11 months since, and I still have symptoms. I quit my job too. I've suffered too much. So, I can understand you. BUT the truth is that I don't have HIV and neither do you.
I'm trying to find out the real cause of my suffering. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, still looking for some other causes because I'm not convinced of that diagnoses. Even so, next month I'm going to start an intensive treatment for fibro. Look what I'm doing? I'm fighting to recover my health. Obssesing over a disease that you don't have, don't help you at all.
So, if you want my advice... accept that you don't have hiv. Then, go to a very good psychiatrist that give you anxiety meds. If your symptoms don't go away with the anxiety meds, then find a neurologist or inmunologist that can run some tests, to see what's the problem. But most of all, don't give up.
