she should have told you, but you also should have used condoms.
anyway, if you want to take a test that looks for traces of the virus itself you may ask for a PCR RNA. but it's usually very expensive. Elisa test (the one you had) is extremely accurate. and you have had two already. i would suggest you to go with your doctor to check your tongue issues first.
