I'm worried..please ease it..

I had my first sex two days ago..I did wear condom during each intercourse.. We had two intercourses and each intercourse lasted for 1minutes only..But the problem is I have an incision scar on my penile shaft due to previous cyst removal surgery two weeks ago..It's still in the middle of the process of healing,,Would I get infected if my fingers contact with the scar after touching the outer part of condom? Please help me..
