Advice to Ease My Nerves

I had unprotected anal (I was the bottom) and the guy did not come inside me. I know it was stupid but I can't change that now. Anyhow, two days later I started freaking out thinking maybe I am infected. I have only experienced very hot skin but no high temp. The heat comes and goes. It almost feels like my skin is sunburned but it is clearly not. It's been a week and I feel like I have a fever but every time I take my temp it is is normal or near normal. Never above 98.8. Is this just cause by my stress?
