The only way that antibodies would not show up or have not shown up by the 3 month period was for folks going through chemotherapy, like for cancer, and for people that have sever drug additions, when their body is so busy fighting other infections, HIV is the least of its worry, I hope that makes sense. For that reason a 3 month test is conclusive, also the CDC recommends the six months for those that have those issues. D
