Most people have no symptoms from initial infection with HIV.
Some do show a flu like condition perhaps accompanied by a fever and rash. I would consider other STDs too.

Kissing is no risk. Oral sex is very low risk especially if the person has a low viral load. There are few proven cases of getting HIV by oral means in the method you described.

Your mouth and saliva are very hostile to the HIV virus. This is the primary reason your risk factor is so low.

Your fever and rash can be caused by other conditions too.

In all honesty HIV is fairly hard to catch as the virus is very weak. It takes a significant exposure to major body fluids especially blood and semen.

I suggest you should not worry about it but wait two months and get tested anyway.

And play safe. I would be more afraid of catching Hepatitis C than HIV. HIV is a walk in the park compared to that disease.
