Trust my negative results?

I'm a male hetero, nearing 40 and heavy smoker, heavy weekend drinker, skilled manual worker (though more qualified), never been an IDU, suffered depression and anxiety for 7 years. I am highly anxious now and have sprouted rather a many grey hair in the last few months .
After reading that later seroconversion and drawn out ARS could be indicative of faster disease progression I have gone into panic mode again over my exposure, symptoms and the real possibility that all my tests have returned false negative results.
I have had the following 4th gen. Ab/Ag tests: 27, 59, 63, 92, 101 days after the exposure. The 64 day test was a Rapid INSTI and DUO at 10:30 AM all others VIDAS EIA (ELFA) at 09:00 AM. I don't know if time of day of test has a bearing on Antibody presence? I tested positive on 27th day for Chlamydia and had symptoms a few days later, treated with Azithromycin.
I had all sorts of ARS and Neuropathy like symptoms from 25 Dec to Mid March and still have pins and needles in both arms and legs. I've been up and about the whole time but sleeping a bit more though the sleep has not been good quality sleep. In the UK it appears NHS clinics do not report if there has been a reactive screening test or if a Western Blot has been run. I've telephoned over a dozen GUM clinics and all have re-assured me that after 12 weeks the negative is conclusive. The only local clinic refuses to test me further for HIV (unless I have had a new risk which I haven't) but have left the option open for Hep. C and Syphilis testing at their 6 month official window period.
My exposure at the beginning of December was unprotected with a Colombian female in London, her possible exposures were with Brazilians or her ex husband who is Egyptian. Her and her husband used to frequent sex parties and were both escorts.
These revelations that we wasn't the wholesome mother she made herself out to be after sex and that it was her period were what put me in panic mode over HIV and STIs in the first place. In all probability she is HIV+ and perhaps co-infected
with Hepatitis as in photos of her husband he looks yellow and she has several bottles of Milk Thistle about the house. That he ran away with their children to his mother's makes me worry that it was over an infection.
In all probability if she is HIV+ then I have contracted it, my cousin has HIV so I'm possibly genetailly more susceptible to it.
Also I didn't know about the virus entering the body through the urethra and I think that I have a significant curvature increases the likelihood of infected vaginal fluids and menses entering my body. Also I have a prince albert piercing which hasn't had a ring in it for >15 years.
Is it lkely that as I still have symptoms and am older I haven't produced antibodies yet? Do I need to test to 6 months? Should I need testing for all subtypes including N and O? Is HTLV testing warranted?
