I am one of hte naysayers, but I agree with your comment. Either way getting tested is the best policy. The experts need to be very cautious when giving advice because even if there is that 1 person in 1,000 who tests positive late the implications of that in terms of risk to other people could be high. That does not mean though that the vast majority can't be confident with their 3 month results. They can and should.
