I have read this and the debate is fierce with this. I think that with todays antibodies testing that they are so sensitive that almost all people will convert by 8 weeks. I have talked to some STD specialist who say that they have never even seen someone change status after 2 months. Of course there are exception and on the internet it seems that the exception is the rule and not the "norm". 97% at 3 months is seems to be very very very low(probably 99.9%). My suggestion dont search the internet for people that are the exception and trust your testing......GET TESTED AND BE SAFE
