It has been established that PEP does NOT affect seroconversion times.

Ask the experts on the body, if you must. PEP either works or it doesn't. It does not "supress' HIV or simply delay seroconversion. It either kills the virus or it doesn't.

Like regular HIV meds, the only thing PEP would affect is viral load. It has no bearing on an anti-body test. If a positive person on meds went for an antibody test, they would still b positive. However, they may have a low or no viral load. It is the same for someone for whom PEP does not work.
