If I read your question correctly, your risk is receiving oral sex and having protected sex with a condom. Sex with a condom is safe, and receiving oral sex is EXTREMELY low-risk (as in, practically no risk). You should be fine.
In addition, an HIV test at 30 days, while not definitive, is encouraging. The average amount of time it takes people to form antibodies is 25 days. Still, if you want to be absolutely certain despite your low risk, test again at 3 months. (It will be negative, I'm sure.)
