This is an excellent post. I have been goin thorugh this for 4 months now. It is all you describe. But, I have had 6 tests and all NEG - I now beleive them and are ready to get back to some normal life. It is amazing what fear and stress will do to your body and mind. I was to the point of picking out a burial plot. Can you imagine that. And , I had 4 test that were all Negative.
