meds and being a bottom

so I've been in a relationship now for a year, I'm pos and he is neg. I am on Reyataz, Norvir and Truvada for 10 months now and it seems like it has become really hard to be a 'good' bottom. It takes so much more effort to be ready to take it. Am I crazy or do any other bottoms feel the same? We're both 31 and otherwise quite healthy.
