CD4, 320 , Viral load 26000, what to do??????

Hi ,I'm a 36 yr old ,new to this site and new to this world of hiv.
I have a Dr . that specializes in hiv, I was diagnosed 5 mos ago.and my last blood test was done last week and results are in today ...... cd4 320, viral load 26000. this is the 4 th blood test done, and the viral load has come down a few thousand and cd4 has gone up by about 20. the Dr. says it's up to me what to do as far as starting meds, I feel good, a little low in the energy dept and a couple of lumps on the left side of my neck, but otherwise I'm ok. It's just I'm wondering if I'm doing my body more harm by not starting the meds or if I'm just putting off what could be more problems with side effects to these meds. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
