Feelings of anxiety

Hi Everyone,

I tested H.I.V positive March 20th! had my first blood test April 8th. I phoned the doctor the following day, he had been in contact with the lab that took my bloods and told me that all was good and that my results were excellent! As the tests were in depth, it took a while to recieve them on paper! They arrived by post today and bought back those feelings of fear and anxiety! just seeing the words `viral load` scares me , the fact that i`m not sure what`s going on inside my body! i guess i should n`t complain T4 is 1,035 and VL 10,299 ! so that`s good ... right??
Does anyone else find getting the results a difficult moment?
