I have had neuropathy in my feet for 4 years now in varying degrees of pain, sometimes light, sometimes crippling. I had some decent results using acetyl-L-carnetine, which seemed to have helped the pain some, but now it has come back in full force. Is anyone out there having any luck with this, or other supplements? Does anyone know of any new treatment being used? I've been on neurontin, lamictal and hydrocodone for a couple of years with little success. Has anyone heard of a new "topical aspirin" cream being used for pain? Does anyone know of any new clinical trials that might be open to enrollment. Any suggestions and help will be appreciated. Please email at my address: Many thanks.
