I always been confused with how easy or hard is to get the virus, how risky is oral sex, and the fact that some pos people have un protected sex with neg partners, and the negative stay negative.
How hard really is to get infected if you are the top, and do not perform oral sex?. I know is high for any stds, but I keep hearing from people “ my partner and I do not used condoms, since he is a top, and have not get infected”, also know of a guy that was with someone for 15 years, his partner was a top, pos, and he is a bottom, and still negative, with no protection.
I am sorry if I sound too stupid by asking, but it is pretty hard sometime to understand all this different information about hiv, window period, chances of infection and so on.
Your view will be highly appreciated.
