IT'S HARD COPING

Well i'm infected but undetectable all through I take my meds i'm still having a hard time coping with this,i don't know if I wake up tomorrow will i be sick or will i get sick.I am learning to take it day by day but it is still hard.I am married she 's not infected she has been alot of help to me,i have two children so i have to cope with this for them because i want to see them go up.Can someone tell me hope to cope withis a little better.
