I thought maybe out of 200 people someone would reply. I just want to know if people have had better results from talking to a therapist one on one or social/group situations with other hiv+ folks. I feel like if I could let go of some of the emotional turmoil (anger, fear, sadness, frustrations) I would be getting better physically quicker. My VL continues to drop but my CD4 is not coming up and I feel more sick. What has helped people the most with their emotional distress??? -pete
